In order to maintain our reputation for providing a quality service and exceeding our customer expectations, we have implemented a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO9001:2008.

TAP Accreditation®
TAP Accreditation® – safeguarding quality and value - Hemsley Fraser have adopted the TAP quality standard for all its consultants and courses. Administered by The Training Foundation, the certificate is widely recognised as the UK's de facto standard for training skills certification.

More and more people are recognising the need to develop their skills and knowledge during periods of career transition; either a) as time well spent during transition, and part of their ongoing development, or b) with a view to embarking on a new career requiring new knowledge and competencies.
Hemsley Fraser and HDA have partnered, so that HDA can now provide access to a comprehensive selection of training programmes to its customers.
