Our History
Hemsley Fraser was founded in 1991 by Iain Fraser Lovett. Our values and philosophy are shaped on the beliefs of Wynne Hemsley Fraser Lovett who pioneered the internationally acclaimed Oxford Executive Development Seminars of the late 70’s. A forerunner of the executive programmes now delivered by many leading international business schools, emphasis was centred on the inherent link between people performance (skills, knowledge and behaviours) and organisational success.
Hemsley Fraser’s early success in creating a superior reputation for helping individuals to develop, grow and lift their performance put the company on a fast-track for expansion. From 1991-2006 we averaged growth of over 35% per annum against growth rates averaging 1-4% in the markets and countries in which we operate.
Today, we work with our clients around the world to use learning to create a momentum which embraces change and breakthrough performance as a way of life, for both individuals and for organisations.
