Learning and Development Careers

Within our Learning and Development team, we are organised around our two main areas of business: Training Services and Learning Solutions.

Training Services Team

In this team, we employ individuals with a high level of skill and expertise in the delivery and facilitation of our core product offering on either an open course or in-company basis.

We specifically look for Learning and Development specialists with experience in the delivery of leadership, management, personal development, human resources, finance, project management and sales training solutions.

Positions are primarily based at our London Training Centre, and time will be spent either delivering open training courses here, or at various ‘In-Company’ sites around the UK.

Learning Solutions Team

In this team we focus on the design, development and project management of larger scale tailored learning solutions for clients.

We look for experienced consultants with the proven ability to create confident and creative learning solutions and who are up to date with the latest thinking and practice around learning design methods. In addition, we seek proven experience in the design of learning architectures, using multiple methods of delivery (blended) and across different levels of organisations and helping and support clients to apply to measure the results and communicate the impact.

To be successful in this team you must enjoy managing multiple learning projects simultaneously and relish the variety this brings and the flexibility it demands and flourish in an environment focussed around client work – with the pace, diverse challenges and opportunities to stretch thinking and own personal development and growth.
