Taking place on 12th February and 22nd March 2010 at the National Theatre on London's South Bank, the theme of our brand new conference is 'Being Outstanding' and making yourself indispensable. The day will be packed with interactive seminars and speakers and provides an excellent networking opportunity to share ideas and experiences.
The sessions have been developed as a result of feedback from our previous conferences and mirror some of the latest issues facing the secretarial profession.
First, we have a session on Personal Success and Shaping a Career, then we'll be listening to a session on how to take perfect minutes in an hour! After lunch, we have a guest speaker from Europe's leading image consultancy - Colour Me Beautiful, who will be talking about Looking the Part - the image MOT. Finally there will be a session on how to influence and negotiate successessfully.
Refreshments and a buffet lunch will be provided.
