People who attend this course want to learn more about Emotional Intelligence and what actions they can take to be an excellent leader.

My approach is to take you back to basics and explore what emotions are and through discussions, the effect emotions can have on you and others. The competencies of emotional intelligence and leadership are explored through practical exercises and I support you in developing how to carry out these competencies. I bring in concepts and themes from other fields such as Neuro Linguistic Programming, of which I’m a Master Practitioner, to bring the leadership experience alive.
