GP Team Challenge

GP Team Challenge

The GP Team Challenge is a professional management development programme for 12 teams of business leaders who are facing an identifiable business challenge.

Centred around motor racing and run over a 9 month 'season', the GP Team Challenge will be a life experience that will embed the team and personal learning and development - the 'season' will end with 2 competitive races, the open wheeled, 200 mph cars being driven by professional drivers.

GP Team Challenge

The principal aim of the GP Team Challenge is the development of company performance through people.

Making that development measurable by clearly identifying a business challenge at the start of the ‘season’, and measuring the team impact in monetary terms as a return on investment at the end; just one thing that makes the GP Team Challenge very different.

A Panel of eminent business academics and leaders, including Mark Jenkins, Professor of Business Strategy at Cranfield, Sir Humphrey Walters, motivational speaker and business coach, Dr Jezdimir Knezevic Professor of Engineering at the F1 Reliability & Effectiveness Centre, a high profile business leader, a representative from the GP Team Challenge training and development partner, and an instantly recognisable British F1 driver will review the teams and their challenges at the start of the season, and make their assessment of the teams achievement at the end.

The GP Team Challenge will be a memorable learning experience that will deliver real business benefit and value to your organisation.
