Global Supplier Management
Our extensive experience has taught us that organisations typically buy from a large number of suppliers, making it difficult to:
- control buying decisions,
- control costs,
- leverage volume related discounts,
- ensure alignment of training spend to business objectives and
- manage the quality of supplier services.
We have also found that even those organisations with an established Preferred Supplier List can still experience “maverick” spend (running into millions globally, in some instances!)
Our global supplier management service can scale from managing ad-hoc learning requests to a full Master Vendor Service provision.
We currently manage over 300 providers on behalf of our customers and in addition we have an extensive global supplier network, managed through GlobalSource™ - a database and on-line catalogue containing over 1500 courses and 800 global contacts.
Our customer centric approach ensures we always take a vendor neutral approach to ensure that our customers get the ‘right training solution at the right price, with a best in class provider (or the provider specified by the customer).
Our comprehensive service encompasses: identification, sourcing, administration, delivery and evaluation of 2nd tier providers, globally. Today we are one of the largest buyers of 2nd tier training and we can deliver considerable savings to our customers, whilst ensuring quality and high levels of service from our suppliers.
We help you to gain strategic alignment between your investment in learning and the organisational strategy.
