Spend data (e.g. by training category, by business division, by region, etc)
Cost savings (actual versus targets, benchmarks or historic rates)
Consolidated invoice (with detailed statement)

The metrics are used to consistently monitor cost efficiencies in the service provided and analysed at regular review meetings to ensure successful outcomes are maintained.
