Founded in 1983, Bell & Clements has been a Lloyds Broker since 1987 and the company's successful growth has been built on long-term relationships, reliability and quality of performance.
The Need
A training need was identified for a practical programme that would give employees the skills and knowledge to achieve successful presentations for internal and external audiences.
The Solution
Working in partnership with Bell & Clements, Hemsley Fraser designed a programme to give delegates the confidence to deliver presentations that would hold audiences attention and get the right message across. The programme focused on overcoming the barriers to successful group speaking, listening skills and presenting a positive image including body language, positive eye contact and maintaining attention.
The Result
As a result of this programme, delegates now have a greater depth of knowledge and more confidence when talking to a group. They are better prepared and know the different ways of holding a presentation together whilst making sure they keep their audiences full attention.
