By working with Hemsley Fraser, the Bank was able to deliver the development programme with great speed and flexibility, often adjusting the design at short notice to accommodate feedback.  In view of the intense speed and large scale of the roll out, Hemsley Fraser’s robust approach to Faculty Management (bringing together a large team of facilitators) helped to ensure that the balance between speed and quality was kept constantly in view and that there was an in-built process for implementing continuous improvement.
