Booking a Course

You can book a Hemsley Fraser Training course by booking online, calling our Learning Advisors on 0845 071 2801 or by completing our booking form.  Please email completed forms to enquiries@hemsleyfraser.co.uk or fax completed forms to 0845 071 2821. Please note, that receipt of your booking form constitutes a confirmed place and our terms and conditions come into effect.

When your booking has been confirmed you will receive joining instructions from us via email.  Joining instructions will detail the training venue and timings, as well as other useful information.  It is important to complete the pre-course questionnaire and submit it as soon as possible. A couple of weeks before the course you will receive a course reminder email from us. 

If your selected training course has pre-course work, it is vital that you complete this prior to attending.  Any work that needs to be completed will be detailed on the course focus that is included with your joining instructions. 

If you need to:

• postpone the date you attend your course
• cancel your course
• change who attends the course your have booked
