This Scandinavian employment law seminar provides participants with a good understanding of the pattern of employment regulation in the region as a whole, as well as information on the main domestic employment rules in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
Led by top employment law specialists from Horten, DLA and 'Attorneys at Law Borenius' it provides an overview of legal and employment relations issues in Scandinavia. You will leave with a working knowledge of local employment law and practice, an understanding of important cultural differences and working practices and the know-how to advise colleagues on applicable law.
