Trainer Profile

Phil McKew Phil McKew

One of the biggest concerns for learners attending this course is how to control a group, be that individual members of groups that they might have to facilitate for or entire groups.

This course addresses that issue specifically as well as providing a ‘safe’ environment for learners to practise their new found facilitation skills.  A good facilitator can ensure that all participants in the meeting contribute and that the overall objectives are achieved.

This course provides an excellent basis for anyone who wishes to gain and build upon those skills. I use my previous experience as a facilitator within large blue chip organisations to illustrate and bring to life the key learning points of the course.
