Overview

This course highlights the factors to consider when engaging in projects which span international boundaries, the extra responsibilities that can fall under the role of the project manager and the interpersonal skills and cultural awareness needed to support the successful management of international projects.

As organisations look to increase their business within current, new and emerging markets, the discipline of project management needs to be adapted to ensure international customers’ requirements are fully understood and delivered successfully.

The language and principles used throughout this course are aligned with recognised project management best practices.
