PRINCE2 in Practice
The primary objectives of delegates attending this intensive five-day course are to gain both a professional qualification and an understanding of the OGC PRINCE2 methodology. This is an examination course and delegates can feel a little apprehensive if they havent been in an exam environment since leaving school or university.
My role is simply to help you gain the required PRINCE2 knowledge and gain the confidence to sit and pass the exams! The course is demanding, and whilst Ill create an environment that will help you get to grips with the method, at the same time I will be challenging you and encouraging you to think for yourselves.

Excellent trainer who took what could potentially be a tough topic and made it enjoyable.
The supporting material was excellent, the pace of the course was exactly right, Moyra made the subject matter entertaining. Well-paced, well structured, good use of examples to emphasise points it was a breath of fresh air to not have been talked at and have death by power-point! A complex subject that was handled and delivered really well."

Very well organised and presented. Subject interest very well maintained for such a dry academic subject. The trainer has an exemplary standard of knowledge and detail. He articulated extremely well.
