The tone of emails can be misinterpreted, relationships destroyed, and all because we did not take the time and effort to word our emails carefully. This session guides you easily through tips on style, grammar, punctuation and tone. A simple planning model will enable you to write emails and letters more quickly, freeing up your time for other things.
