This HR manager training is designed for new, experienced and aspiring HR managers. It will equip participants with the skills to manage the multiple challenges, anxieties and inherent conflicting pulls of being an HR manager. Participants will benefit from working through these challenges with their HR colleagues from other organisations.

The experienced HR manager may struggle to cope with the evolving HR scene - getting to grips with the new business partnering approach or moving the HR function from operational to strategic, managing under ever increasing workload pressures.

The newly appointed HR manager may initially struggle with having impact and credibility across the organisation or perhaps lack the confidence and experience when managing meetings, delivering presentations or giving effective feedback.

You will receive personal and tailored input from our seminar leader who combines extensive experience as an HR practitioner and management consultant with skills based training and coaching expertise.
