Trainer Profile

Dave Hardwick Dave Hardwick

The use of a profiling tool early in the course leads delegates to really think about how their behaviour can affect their management style.  Delegates work through change, conflict and under performance in groups that support and encourage creative solutions.  Although the course is for three days delegates usually suggest that they would like more time and that there aren’t enough hours in the day.

The interaction of the group makes for a great learning experience for the trainer as well as the delegates.  ‘Something for everyone’ could be a strap line for this course with lots of interaction and contribution from all participants.
