Delegates who attend this course, whether they are new to management or understand the basics, want to learn how to raise their own and their team’s performance.

I support this need by discussing the role of a leader and providing exercises to allow you to understand what your natural style is and when it is appropriate to flex this behaviour.

Different theories and concepts are explored from handling conflict to time management, through group work, management experience discussions and reflective exercises, I encourage you to first understand and then relate the concepts to your own world to make them a practical reality.
