Overview

Conflict and disagreement can be a huge barrier to getting things done. People have different views and regardless of which view is right, if people dig their heels in you can end up at stalemate.

Participants will delve into common reasons for workplace conflict, learn five conflict handling modes, and prepare to handle real-life conflict by practicing on several scenarios.

  • Choose appropriate responses to different kinds of conflict.
  • Recognise others’ conflict management styles.
