Ian works with participants to develop the self discipline and enhanced time management techniques to increase their overall effectiveness. He also emphasises the importance of developing effective systems and procedures to support their own their managers and their teams daily workloads.
Ian draws on many years experience in a number of high pressure roles and welcomes the challenge of working with participants to plan, prioritise and manage their workloads more effectively. Ian puts participants at ease and enjoys working individually with them to help transfer their new skills to the workplace.
