Course duration: 2 days.

A unique opportunity for a hands-on project management experience! We use the ‘SimulTrain’ simulation tool to provide the real life project management environment for the participants.

The course itself will involve working as part of a team on a ‘real life’ project with the ‘Simultrain’ project management simulation model, enabling you to apply the theory and manage a project through to conclusion.
