Management training programmes
One client is using the apprenticeship levy to fund their management development programme for 300 managers (gaining a funding allowance
per supervisor). We are creating a marketing development path for them, helping them draw down the money and designing and delivering a
blended learning programme. In addition, we are mapping, designing and delivering a training programme to the ILM Level 5 Diploma and aligning
their core curriculum to the specific apprenticeship job roles.
