This 90-minute virtual session gives participants an insight into the differences between one-to-one and 360-feedback and identifies the advantages and what can go wrong when participating in a 360-degree feedback process as well.
It goes onto explore the Johari window, looking at what we know about ourselves and provides some practical advice and guidance on getting the most out of the process too.
