This 90-minute virtual session will give you the opportunity to practice some of the key skills associated with emotional intelligence (EQ). These include recognising other peoples’ emotions, managing your own emotions, demonstrating empathy and building rapport with others through effective verbal and nonverbal communication.

This short session is suitable for anyone who would like to develop their ability to recognise and manage emotions, and use their emotional intelligence to build stronger relationships.
