This 90-minute virtual session commences by agreeing a definition of diversity and inclusion, and what they mean to us as individuals and the organisations that we work within. Next, the group discusses common biases that we experience and how they present themselves to us.
By looking at the business case for diversity and inclusion, participants understand the practical benefits of adopting a plan for managing diversity and inclusion levels. Finally the session delves into the inclusion paradox and how as a result of reframing the way we look at inclusion, we become more inclusive.
This session is for anyone who wants to learn more about inclusive leadership.
