In this 90-minute virtual session, you will learn how to define influence and how to analyse sources of power and influence in an organisation. You will also use two key models to draw on those sources of power and to increase your influence by applying different styles to suit different individuals and situations. You will leave with an action plan for increasing your own influence in the situations you have identified as important.
This short session is suitable for anyone who needs to influence and inspire key decision makers and stakeholders, particularly in situations where they may have no direct authority.
