One of the biggest challenges we are facing as managers are dealing with people who don’t deliver what we ask. Often, however, the reason they don’t deliver is because we have not made an effective request. It is estimated that around 80% of relationships breakdowns occur either because of a poor request, or an inadequate response to a request.

In this session the objectives are:

  • Explain the personal and organisational value of well made requests
  • Make requests that take into consideration the elements of an effective request
  • Increase productivity and reduce conflict and misunderstandings by making effective requests
