Our Summer 2020 Manager’s Conference has been moved to a virtual format and is focused on how managers, at any level, with any degree of experience, can fuel people and business growth.

The current Coronavirus pandemic has changed our working lives; in a volatile world, how do you lead your team in a sustainable way? How do you keep the momentum going in the face of adversity (and without burning out)?

The conference will address leadership agility and how adaptability is key to sustain direction in a changing environment. You will explore ways to be more inclusive with your team and how collaboration and cohesion lead to better performance. You will find out how transforming your productivity will free up your time and energy to focus on leading authentically. You'll gain answers to questions such as 'How do I galvanise my team to follow me?' 'How do I build resilience and improve wellbeing for myself and my team?'

Overall you will leave with invaluable everyday leadership advice that you will be able to put into practice straightaway.
