This 90-minute virtual session analyses the relationships we have with our managers and defines what our manager needs from us as well as what we can expect from them.

Using breakout rooms, participants will individually and collectively assess how well we know our managers and goes onto consider attitudes to authority and introduce the ladder of inference as well as a tool for reframing what we think we know about someone or a certain situation.
