This 90-minute virtual practical session focuses on techniques for conducting an effective conversation about performance. You will be introduced to a simple four-step structure and will produce your own checklist for each of the steps. You will then have the opportunity to practice planning and facilitating a performance conversation in a safe and supportive environment.

This short session is suitable for anyone in a management position who is responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of individuals and teams.
