This virtual session will help you to focus on what is positive and worthy at work, identifying and maximizing your strengths rather than focusing on your weaknesses. The session offers you some immediately applicable techniques for helping yourself and changing your mindset when faced with challenging situations. You will practise reflection to help you make your strengths even more powerful, and an action plan to take back into the workplace to and put into practice.

This short session is suitable for everyone. No knowledge of psychology is required.

By the end of this session, you will be able to: 

  • Identify your dominant mindset at work and how it influences your behaviour
  • Develop your strengths at work through coaching exercises
  • Plan to develop your lower strengths to widen your choices of mindset
