This 90-minute virtual session looks at some of the key skills required to build and sustain effective relationships at work. There is a focus on communication; including asking meaningful questions, active listening, showing empathy and sharing feedback. You will also plan ways of reaching out to people and showing your appreciation.
This short session is for anyone who would like to create strong interpersonal relationships and improve their ability to bond with other people at work.
