In this 85-minute interactive session, participants are reminded that the first step in deciding how to reward and recognise their employees is to consider what motivates them in the first place.  They explore Maslow™ Hierarchy of Needs and Daniel Pink™ Motivation 3.0, and identify steps to create a work environment that sets the stage for a high performance.  Participants not only learn how to establish reward and recognition programmes, they leave the session with an expanded repertoire of innovative reward and recognition ideas they can put into action as soon as they return to their assignments.
