Call us on 0345 071 2801 and we can advise on the spaces available for your chosen training course date. Alternatively, please email, and we will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

You can either pay online using a credit card or pay by invoice. If paying by invoice, once your booking is confirmed, an invoice will be dispatched. We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque or BACS transfer.


Once we have received your booking confirmation, we will send joining instructions to you via email. This will contain the log in details to the learner portal, where you will be able to find a map, as well as further information on your course. 

Contact us as soon as you can and we can discuss alternative arrangements with you.  

The start and finish times of our open training courses do vary slightly, which will be detailed on your learner portal, however as a guide expect to start at 9am and finish at 5pm.  

To ensure the quality of our open training courses, the maximum number of delegates is limited and will vary from course to course. The maximum number of delegates on any Hemsley Fraser course will be 15.

If you require any guidance on dress code for attending one of our open training courses, we would suggest smart casual. However, it is important that you feel comfortable.

Please note that our London training centre is a listed building. Therefore lift access is limited and some staircases are narrow. If this is a concern, just let us know as soon as possible and we'll be happy to accommodate.
