learning is changing

for those times when it is more about creating a lasting impression... don't worry the skill building will still be included!

orchestrating leadership

As organisations change, leadership teams must be able to quickly adapt and align to achieve new outcomes. Coming together to play a symphony without much direction is a great experiential metaphor for what we ask leaders to do. The task of “starting from scratch” to learn a symphony, takes a clear vision, alignment, openness to learning, careful listening and communication.

We can either talk about teamwork or do it. What better way than to create a highly challenging and competitive game that pushes team members beyond their usual skill set. To be successful, team members are required to develop new work strategies, rely on different skills, and continuously update their plans. This activity is a fun way to start the conversation about improving teamwork on the job.

immersive training

Training often occurs in a classroom environment—far from the “real world” of what it is like on the job. Whether it's set designs, props, or improv actors, sometimes a little attention to detail in setting the environment for training can make all the difference. From coffee shops, to locker rooms, to replicated retail stores, we've done it all!

segway to leadership

Training that is memorable sticks with us. One way to create this type of learning is to move the venue to somewhere unexpected, such as is done with this unique sojourn into history. Powerful leadership lessons are described and discussed as participants make their way to monuments and historical venues. What a terrific way to embed important learning messages and create lasting memory.
