ever wondered how good your project management skills are?
Keeping your skills fresh & aligned to the market
It is recommended that project professionals complete a self-assessment against competences at least every 12 months, however it is worth reviewing development against specific competences more regularly. This will help you to keep on top of your personal learning objectives and your progress against them.
How competent are you as a Project Manager? Take our 10 minute self-assessment to find out!
What is the self-assessment tool?
The assessment tool is a high level assessment of overall competence based on the consideration of a number of different areas of Project Management practice. It has been developed by experienced Consultants at Hemsley Fraser and CUPE International, using established project management methods and frameworks. It has been designed to be compatible with all major project management methods rather than specific to one. It's compliant with APM, PRINCE2, PMI and IPMA competence frameworks.

How does it work?
To get started all you need to do is provide us with your name, role and e-mail address. Then place a tick in only one of the five answer columns that reflects your most honest self-appraisal in answer to each question.
The questionnaire should not take longer than 10 minutes to complete, so please don’t dwell on each question for too long. Your initial ‘gut feel’ is often the most accurate answer, because you can over analyse if you are not careful. You should answer each question based on the projects you have managed to date. A report will then be sent to you outlining for each key area assessed.
