Ben Clarke

I’ve spent almost my entire career with Hemsley Fraser and in that time I’ve worked in almost every dept in three different offices in two continents!

For the last few years I’ve been working in our DC office in the business development team and it really feels like home. Working in a customer-centric role is such a rewarding experience as I’m literally helping to improve people’s lives. Not only that but in leveraging our Global Shared Service Centre, I have the opportunity to work with colleagues and clients from all over the world. I have to say though that despite my best efforts, my English accent is still a point of frequent amusement for my US counterparts!

I really value being given the opportunity to travel and expand my knowledge & skills, and then being able to translate that into client solutions – it really does make working for HF a uniquely rewarding experience.

Ariunzaya Bazarsad

I am proud to work for a company with such a long history of leadership in the industry. We aim to help everyone, even the busiest of people - with our ‘Thrive in five’ offerings.

The most enjoyable part of my role is providing the ‘Grosvenor Place’ London training centre experience. This is not your average venue for a training course. I love how different, vibrant and energising the place is and I love seeing familiar faces return time and time again. We will quite often have a delegate from a new company and then will see more from the same company in the coming weeks/months – this is when I know we’ve done our job right!

We put a lot into making our delegates happy during their time with us. From our retro sweet bar to snacks and fruit and even candy floss – we want people to really have a great experience with us.

 

Linda Pugh

After 19 years with HF, and many great roles along the way (from Key Client Executive, Portfolio Director to Head of Resourcing, Manager of the London training facility and training delivery operation), I’m now taking on my next exciting challenge within the HF family -
'International Hub Manager’.

Hemsley Fraser is that sort of place… providing great opportunities for challenge and growth.

I’m really enjoying working with the local team in Germany, preparing the operation to be our Central Eastern European service hub.

Meeting new people and experiencing new cultures is such a pleasure.
